Prices

All prices shown are applicable until further notice. Product prices and delivery costs are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim VAT, the Company can supply a VAT receipt on request.

When buying goods and services on the Internet from Angus Activity Toys, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.

Methods of Paying

We accept the following major credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Switch.

Our web site is completely secure, however, if you prefer, you can give us your credit card details by phone on 01674 830820.

You can also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to Angus Activity Toys, and then post your payment to us at Angus Activity Toys Centre, The Old School, North Craigo, Angus DD10 9LD.

Your Order

Once your order has been received we will confirm your order and cost by email and give you an order reference number.

Carriage Charges

Many items are delivered free of charge.

Those that incur a carriage charge will be shown on your order and will be charged at the following rates:

Carriage charges for most of mainland England, Scotland and Wales:

Carriage charges outwith these areas are calculated on an individual basis. Please email for a quote which we will invite you to accept before processing your order.

Single items and carriage charge

Carriage charge for some smaller single items - £4.95. This will be clearly marked at the check out.

Guarantees

All our products carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of receiving your order.

From time to time if we are out of stock this may not be possible and we will send you an email advising you of any delay.

If you prefer to order in advance of needing the goods, perhaps for a birthday present, it is a good idea to order early to ensure we have the item in stock. We can then hold the items until the delivery is required.

Delivery to  Northern Ireland, Islands, and Overseas

If your delivery address is to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland there will be surcharge, not calculated at checkout. You can email or telephone us for a quote prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can place your order and submit payment and we will then contact you, before despatching the order, with the additional payment cost. If you then choose not to go ahead we will refund your order.

Overseas orders - please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you can cancel at any time, by email or in writing, within seven working days from the date of order and up to seven working days starting from the day after you receive the goods.
If the goods have not been dispatched when you cancel we will refund in full with no additional cost.

If you change your mind about your order after the order has been dispatched or delivered, the goods can be returned to us, in an undamaged, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. We can help you organize the return of your order, but it is at your expense.

Damaged Goods

Any goods that are damaged or defective in some way will be replaced at our expense.
Angus Activity Toys Centre does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty.
